Duties / Responsibilities
--------------------------------------------------------------------
• Remotely recruit, screen, interview and onboard company and client applicants
• Process application packets, onboarding files and all pertinent employee forms
• Participate in rotating schedule for weekly Zoom orientation sessions for onboarding applicants
• Expand business reach through networking and referral techniques
• Comply with state hiring laws and onboarding requirements
• Maintain and update departmental dashboards, job- descriptions and postings
• Manage departmental mailboxes, calendars and respond to resumes, emails and voicemails
• Stay abreast on all departmental/company products, procedures and projects
• Attend regularly scheduled 1:1 and team meetings
• Build trust and rapport with applicant(s) through clear and respectful interaction
• Maintain strong work ethic with a 100% commitment to ethical business practices and procedures
• Follow-up with leads, ongoing recruiting and identify needs and appropriate marketing opportunities.
• Educate applicants and employees on employment practices and procedures.
Qualifications

- - PC and Microsoft Office skills (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- - Calendar Management, Zoom Moderating
- - Coachable individual with ability to grasp and retain procedures, scripts and company knowledge
- - Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- - Organized, self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and as a team-player
- - Previous sales, retail or customer service experience
