The Beginning - A recruiting agency affiliated with an established IT company. Our first placement within the  Employment Sector represented our vision... "Serving Your Needs with Compassion'! We continue to stand as a beacon to communities looking for life changing opportunities

It's not who we place - But WHERE we place them is what makes a difference in a job seekers life. 

Our first key account expanded our database of contracts - propelling our goal of placing the right candidate with the right employer. This approach is what employees and employers desires most in the end.

Milestones aren't much if you can't share them with those who matter! With the onboarding of our 100th employee - Serving the community goes unspoken. SYNC continues to stand on its promise of grow and servicing as a one stop employment and development center.

We discovered numerous reasons for going company-wide remote - both personal and pragmatic. As generations enter the workforce, their values push companies to adopt flexible working policies, including working outside the office. Not only do we agree - the adaptation is financially beneficial, company/employee wide.

Working-from-home quickly became the employment priority to minimize contact and slow the infection rate globally. Throughout this adjustment many companies have sacrificed and lost. Fortunately; we were already operating within a fully remote culture allowing us to not only avoid staff reduction - but it also allowed us to extend offer employee benefits throughout the pandemic.

We're poised - with extended unemployment benefits coming to a stop soon and society slowing moving into some normalcy - consumers, students, representatives, single parents, etc will seek immediate employment.
