Processing and Onboarding our Candidate(s)
We've developed an onboarding process that allows our applicants to remotely complete our onboarding steps via internet and/or video interaction. 'Onboarding' includes common day-to-day technical activities that gives the applicant a good look at what kind of tasks and duties our partnered positions entail.
This gives us a sense of our candidates abilities to successfully complete the work of the pursuing position. Beyond that, we search for candidates who compliment our cultural environment and who truly realize the importance of work-life balance and the benefits of long-term telecommuting.
