Long standing insurance company seeking coachable/motivated insurance sales agents in the Atlanta, GA area who are interested in changing careers. Pre-set leads provided with high earning potential. No cold calling, not looking to hire random applicants to "see what sticks" Seeking candidates who is a good fit for company-culture who enjoys helping families, WORKS HARD, and get paid well for productivity. Duties / Responsibilities

• Remotely present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients

• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients needs

• Resolve client inquiries and complaints

• Expand business reach through networking and referral techniques

• Comply with insurance standards and regulations

• Track and identify areas of improvement 

• Attend regularly scheduled team meetings

• Build trust and rapport with the client(s) through clear, respectful interaction 

• Maintain strong work ethic with a 100% commitment to enthical business practices

• Follow-up with leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs and market appropriate products.

• Educate clients on coverage eligibility and insurance options.

Qualifications

- - Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields

- - Coachable individual with ability to grasp and retain procedures, scripts and company knowledge

- - Strong communications and interpersonal skills

- - Organized, self-motivated individual with ability to work independently as a team-player

- - Previous sales, retail or customer service experience
